Colour QR scanning experiments

This build tracks the shift from maximum data density in original PNG exports to camera-readable colour codes. v6 moved the work toward what is practical and repeatable from a photo, with encryption set aside so the scanning mechanics could be solved cleanly. The current solid reference point is v6/v6.1 using an 8-colour palette, scanned successfully from a screenshot photo.

v7 Paper-scan branch Forks v6.1 to develop longer paper-safe metadata bars, border handling, and paper colour measurements.
v5.1 Capacity baseline Focused on reading the largest possible payload from the original PNG, sampling cell data directly.
v6 Practical scan baseline Moved away from raw capacity and encryption so geometry, palette separation, and screen-photo scanning could be proven.
v6.1 Consolidated reference Consolidates palette, border, and metadata work into a stable 8-colour reference for scanner testing.
